Shipping & Return Info
We ship internationally!
Confirm payment before or right at 12pm / 12.00, and your order will be sent on the same day you confirm your payment.
Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship your order if any problems regarding the payment occurred.
2. Store Credit does not include shipping fee
3. Store credit is applicable for 12 months used
4. Return & exchange are accepted for 10 days period from the day we send the packages
5. Return & exchange can only be done for 1 time only
6. If you somehow received a defected / wrong items, it will be exchanged into another same products and cannot be refunded unless the product is not available.
7. All return & defect items should be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and still in the same condition as the time we sent the packages (hangtag attached and the original pouch)
8. We have the right to reject any returns or exchanges if the returns do not meet our criteria, adn we will send back the packages.
9. Shipping fee will be borne by customer for any exchange items, except exchange from the defected items / wrong products.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER :1. We do not provide any cash refund for any reason (including defected items, items unavalability etc)
