International shipping delivery partner is Rayspeed.

ORDER STATUS
Once we've received your payment, we will processed it as soon as possible and its status will changed into "Processed". After all the quality control is done, we will send your goods, and its status will changed into "Shipped". You can check your Order Status by logging in into your account.

We will send you a tracking number to the email address provided on your order. If for some reason you don't receive this notification, please check your spam folder before contacting EMAIL

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
If you do confirm payment before or right at 12pm / 12.00, we will sent your item on the same day you confirm your payment.

Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship your order if any problems regarding the payment occurred.

SHIPPING DURATION
Please allow 1 - 5 working days for domestic shipping (Indonesia) and 4-7 days for International deliveries, depending on the destination. More distant cities might require longer shipping time.
For express option, you might find your package get delayed, 1-2 working days.

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 (one) kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
We are not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after delivery has been confirmed.

Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control.

PLEASE NOTE : PAFON is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, or courier agencies, or because no recipient at the intended address, incomplete address, or misspelled address.
